A: If you are already using one of our recommended VPN providers and still experiencing buffering, please try changing the server location within the VPN. Important Note: After changing the server location inside the VPN, you may need to force close the app so our app can take the new connection, please just don't leave the app, you need to make sure you force close it. If you don't know how to force close the app simply google it, for example:

Q: Should I choose the best location or fastest server on my VPN?

A: We recommend choosing the best location or the fastest server option on your VPN, but this will not always provide the best results. Please try multiple locations until you're able to find a server location that provides you a buffer-free experience.
